- Project: Starbucks, Headquarters
- Client: Starbucks Coffee Company
Since 1995, Lewis has built more than 700,000 square feet of renovations and tenant improvements for Starbucks at Seattle's historic Starbucks Center, often in segments of 20,000-40,000 square feet. Projects have ranged from offices to a data center and from test kitchens to a major daycare center.
Lewis also built an eight-level, 524 car parking garage for Starbucks and owner Nitze-Stagen at the north end of the complex. The building is post-tensioned concrete, with exterior finishes including precast concrete panels, cast-in-place concrete and metal screens.
