325,000-square-foot post-tensioned life science building with three floors and 200 spaces of below-grade parking and 12 floors of above-grade office space. The building follows Seattle’s Living Building Pilot (gaining floor area) and LEED V4 Gold with sustainable elements such as bioretention planters. Features include a roof terrace, street level retail, a community pocket park and 165 feet of intricate masonry facade.
