Health & Wellness Building

The 42,000 square foot Health & Wellness facility includes clinical practicum space, classrooms, laboratories, offices, conference rooms and support areas for the college’s Nursing, Respiratory Care, Emergency Medical Technician, Physical Therapy Assistant, Therapeutic Exercise and Rehabilitation classes and Wellness instructional programs. LEED Gold certified, the building features a solar-thermal hot water system and uses thermal massing and passive ventilation, avoiding the need for air conditioning and reducing the power used for heating.
