The Lease Crutcher Lewis Foundation activates the collective resources of our employees and partners to improve our communities, all in support of our purpose, vision, and values.
Our initial focus is investing in scholarships supporting historically underrepresented people in the construction industry, as well as non-profits that help build a more diverse workforce for the industry.
In the past year, we’ve awarded grants to organizations including Girls Build, Portland YouthBuilders, Oregon Tradeswomen, YouthCare, and Sawhorse Revolution.
We’ve also invested in scholarships with Portland Community College’s On-Ramps programs, Girls Build summer camp, University of Washington, Central Washington University, and Edmonds College.
