Interurban Exchange II, IV, V

Lewis completed three new office buildings that comprise Phase 1A and 1B of the new Amazon headquarters. We integrated the facade of the historic Van Voorst Building into a new fourth building, used as a cafe. A separate Lewis team is performing tenant improvements totaling 362,000 square feet, in a separate contract with Amazon. We shared an alley with the UW, and coordinated with University facilities staff regarding their deliveries of medical gases and their removal of hazardous waste.
