Lewis built out a 20,000-square-foot data co-location center (built following clean room protocol) in an occupied building. Work for the N+1 facility included 10 AHUs, six pressure relief exhaust fans and one load bank—all helicopter lifted. The buildout also included three Caterpillar generator sets capable of producing three MW of power. Additionally, the power system included full capacity switchgear, power monitoring, Remote Power Panels (RPP), Power Distribution Units (PDU), dual stage Emergency Power Off (EPO) system and a UPS system.
