Lewis built a new mission critical operations and data center facility on a 55-acre site for Eugene’s public utility agency. The $50 million development included a main electric and water operations center, a warehouse, a 24/7 data center, covered vehicle storage and a materials storage yard. Designed for LEED Gold certification, the operations center incorporates several sustainable design features, with enhanced building insulation, efficient mechanical systems and the provision of bioswales to treat storm water.
