Fred Hutch

Lewis has performed an ongoing series of upgrades at the campus of the renowned Fred Hutch cancer and disease research institution, onsite continuously since 1999. Examples of our dozens of projects include a cGMP cell processing facility with clean room, a BSL-3 suite, a quality control room, and many other laboratory, office, and support spaces. Other Lewis work includes 90,000 square feet of office and laboratory buildouts at the multi-tenant 1616 Eastlake Building.
