Waterfront Research Center

Lewis renovated this 1926 building into a 151,255 square foot, five-story Class A life science facility for the Waterfront Research Center. Work included a new two-level atrium through the width of the building (cutting out a bay between columns), extensive exterior upgrades, substantial MEP upgrades, and an office buildout.
