The Cobb Apartments

This historic 11-story downtown building was converted into 92 apartments that are among Seattle’s finest: Cobb Apartments. Each home includes granite kitchen counters with oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Cherry bathroom vanities feature pedestal legs and custom-beveled mirrors. Sliding “barn doors” separate living rooms from bedrooms. An addition in the back of the building adds floor area and forms a spine for a seismic upgrade.
