The Project

Lewis restored this historic 11-story downtown building, converting it from medical offices into 92 luxury apartments with a full seismic upgrade and rear addition.

About

Work included a new penthouse amenity space, custom interiors, full MEP upgrades, restored masonry and windows and careful historic detailing. The project achieved LEED-NC Silver—one of the first residential buildings to do so.
