Lewis constructed a two-story addition to an existing semiconductor manufacturing facility. The addition was a steel-framed structure built on top of a concrete foundation and finished with a stucco exterior matched to the existing facility. The initial contract included the core and shell, structure, envelope and site work. However, once construction was underway Qorvo, Inc. added the cleanroom buildout, ISO 5 (Class 100) certification, as well as mechanical system upgrades for the remaining facility.
