K-14 Apartments

Lewis constructed this 45-unit apartment building, which houses two, three and four-bedroom apartments. Located adjacent to the University of Oregon, this project was built in a dense urban area on a constrained site. Constructed for LEED Silver certification, it features low flow fixtures and efficient lighting. The building is five floors of wood framing over two PT decks, and includes one level of below grade parking.
