Lewis completed this tenant improvement in seven weeks, with the majority of the work done off hours. The work involved a 4,400 square foot build out including a new entrance reception and lounge, community and gathering space, open office area, phone room, server room and flex space. The finishes include a combination of exposed ceiling and wood ceiling tiles, walnut wood partitions, sealed concrete floors, brick walls, gypsum and glass surface.
