Lewis recently completed a $4 million, 42,000 square foot tenant improvement for software company Navex Global. The project encompassed two floors with an open staircase connecting them and providing the space with natural light. Features include formal and casual meeting spaces, huddle rooms for employee collaboration and a high-end kitchen.
