The Project
Lewis partnered with Sisters Coffee Company to bring its newest Bend café to life, transforming a ground-floor shell space within Jackstraw, the mixed-use development Lewis also constructed. Located in Bend’s Southern Crossing neighborhood, the café is Sisters Coffee’s fourth retail location and reflects the company’s deep roots in Central Oregon through thoughtful design, craftsmanship and a strong connection to place.
About
Designed by HACKER, the 2,000-square-foot café pairs exposed concrete, metal accents and warm wood tones to create an industrial yet inviting space. A full MEP buildout supports commercial kitchen operations, while timber-inspired details honor Central Oregon’s history and help strengthen Bend’s walkable urban core.
