The Project
Lewis partnered with Sisters Coffee Company to bring its newest Bend café to life, transforming a ground-floor shell space within Jackstraw, the mixed-use development Lewis also constructed. Located in Bend’s Southern Crossing neighborhood, the café serves as Sisters Coffee’s fourth retail location and reflects the company’s deep roots in Central Oregon through thoughtful design, craftsmanship and a strong connection to place.
About
Designed by HACKER, this tenant improvement features polished concrete floors, custom shaker-style millwork, new restrooms, and a complete commercial kitchen buildout. Lewis also coordinated a custom suspended art installation, creating a warm, welcoming café that reflects Sisters Coffee Company's commitment to craftsmanship, community and exceptional coffee.
