The Project
Set along Bond Street in the heart of Bend, Lewis is building the Cascada Thermal Springs & Hotel, a transformative new wellness destination that reflects the natural beauty, culture and outdoor lifestyle of Central Oregon.
About
Scheduled to open in 2028, the 130,000-square-foot Thermal Springs & Hotel will feature a 68-room boutique hotel, thermal spa, rooftop pools and views of Mount Bachelor. Developed by SolTerra and designed by HACKER, the project blends biophilic architecture, sustainability and indoor-outdoor experiences inspired by Central Oregon’s landscape.
