Berwick Hall

Lewis constructed this $6.9 million multi-functional performance space. The project features Tykeson Rehearsal Hall, a 2,300 square foot rehearsal room, acoustically tuned to enable musicians to hear each other and for the conductor to hear each instrument. Tykeson Rehearsal Hall was designed to be flexible and can accommodate up to 270 seats for performances of varying scale. With double-height ceilings, skylights and a clerestory, the space is open and airy with ample natural light. The room features white oak flooring and walls that were carefully designed and installed to optimize the acoustics of the space. Berwick Hall also includes smaller rehearsal spaces, offices and recording space.
