Starbucks

Since 1995, Lewis has built more than 900,000 square feet of renovations and tenant improvements for Starbucks at Seattle’s historic Starbucks Center, often in segments of 20,000-40,000 square feet. Interior features range from fine hardwood floors to unadorned concrete pillars to brightly colored radiused walls. Mechanical systems are exposed under ceilings. A variety of murals and sculpture have been installed throughout. Since the building is occupied, much of our work has taken place at night, we pay strict attention to reducing noise, dust, and other potential impacts — a familiar role for Lewis!
