Room & Board

This 28,000 square foot building is the first Room and Board store in Washington. Our buildout in the multi-tenant building (which was under renovation concurrently by another Lewis team) included a 1,500 square foot grand entry with a waterfall and pool, an escalator, an elevator, and a stone stairway, as well as new balconies and extensive wood trim. Inside the space features stone and salvaged end-grain wood flooring and a brick fireplace wall.
