The Project

Lewis built two six-story office buildings in Northwest Portland, transforming a brownfield site into a 304,530-square-foot campus with 20,000 square feet of retail.

About

Designed by Hacker, the buildings share a plaza and 14 outdoor parks. A below-grade garage provides 355 parking spaces and a commuter lounge with spa-like amenities.
