Field Office

Lewis built this pair of six-story office buildings totaling 304,530 square feet in Northwest Portland. The complex phased project transformed an industrial site into a revolutionary office campus that merges the indoors with the outdoors to create an inspiring work environment. Included in the development is 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as 67,000 square feet of below-grade parking that provides 355 spaces—298 of which are mechanized. Additionally, 96 bike parking spaces are available in the commuter lounge, which also features locker rooms and spa-like shower rooms.
