The 307 Westlake building is five stories plus below-grade parking, located at the heart of the emerging South Lake Union biotech district. Lewis built a three-level space for Seattle BioMed, including wet labs, a BSL-3 suite, and headquarters offices. We also built out multiple levels for Seattle Children’s Research Institute. Subsequent work has included the BioQuest Academy and buildouts for Seattle BioMed.
