This high-end leadership development center and wetland restoration for Washington Mutual includes two guest room buildings totaling 110 rooms plus a fitness center, and a central building with a great room, a library, a state-of-the-art auditorium, multiple meeting rooms, full kitchen facilities, and a dining room. The buildings feature heavy timber supports and shake siding. Lewis built extensive site improvements, such as walking paths, landscaping, and significant wetlands restoration.
