Tasty n Alder

Located in the West End area of Portland’s Central Business District, Lewis built the 2,300 square foot Tasty n Alder restaurant for famed chef John Gorham. The restaurant has an open floor plan featuring exposed steel and wood fixtures with custom pendant lighting. Spiral HVAC ductwork, ground and sealed concrete floors and floating light soffits add to the space’s unique feel. The kitchen remains open to the restaurant and includes food prep areas, a cook line, a large dish washing station, full bar and a walk-in cooler.
