Culver Building

Originally built in 1910 for industrial use, the Culver Building was completely renovated by Lewis in 2012. Work included adding a penthouse, roof deck, new glazing systems, elevator, restrooms, and HVAC system. The project is LEED Silver certified and largely consists of unique meeting areas and open offices. Hoteling stations, high-tech conference rooms, informal huddle spaces and outdoor meeting spaces promote connectivity and innovation.
