First Hill Medical Pavilion

Lewis converted a research laboratory into a medical office building, First Hill Medical Pavilion. The project included an additional seven-story, 60,000 square foot building, a new below-grade parking garage, and selected interior buildouts. The work occurred around active laboratory tenants in the existing building. Lewis has also built tenant improvements for Swedish and Seattle Medical Associates.
