Seattle Genetics

Lewis has performed numerous renovations and buildouts for Seattle Genetics.  In 2017, we completed a 49,000 square foot buildout, converting a building into a lab and office facility.  Previously we performed a significant project to upgrade the same building to a warm shell for Steelwave, which included installing 40,000 tons of structural steel.  More recently we built a 6,000 square foot expansion to the Specialties Lab and also completed a 30,000 square foot office tenant improvement.  This project required taking a warm shelled space (first floor), gutting it and then completing a full build out of offices, open work areas, conference rooms, and amenities.
