5th and Yesler

Lewis constructed this 17-story, 295,000 square foot office building at 5th and Yesler. An extra-strong core helps the building hold up the steep hillside.  Lewis also built out offices for multiple federal agencies. The 208-car garage partially below-grade is steel-reinforced concrete, while the office levels are structural steel with a concrete core.
