The Project

Lewis completed this $92 million, 464,000-square foot mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Lake Oswego. Designed to embody a small town village-like feel the development aims to add to the charm and vitality of the downtown core of Lake Oswego.

About

The high-profile site is situated on an entire city block and is comprised of three separate buildings that range in size from 65,000 to 95,000 square feet, with 247,000 square feet of below-grade parking. Retail space occupies the ground level with four-floors of multi-family housing above. The development includes more than 200 residential units and parking for 430 cars.
