Colonel J. Nesmith Readiness Center

Situated on an 11 acre site, this LEED Gold design/build armory and community center serves the Oregon Military Department and the 162nd Engineering division of the Oregon National Guard. The building is divided into three wings, each with distinct programmatic, security and thermal zones. Key components include a large assembly hall, administrative spaces, commercial kitchen, military storage, arms vault, weapons training simulator and an outbuilding for vehicle maintenance.
