Lewis built Seattle’s finest hotel: Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. This premiere property features 149 guest rooms, stunning common areas including a fitness center and spa with an outdoor pool and hot tub, six meeting rooms, and a ballroom. A signature restaurant overlooks Puget Sound to the west. Topping the 21 story building are 36 residences. Residents benefit from all of the hotel’s services and public facilities, from room service to valet parking. Lewis is built all of the home interiors, including four totally-unique owner-designed units built by our Holyoke Fine Homes division.
