Smarsh

This project provided Smarsh with more than 47,640 square feet on the 7th, 8th and 9th floors of Pacific Center in downtown Portland. The renovation included roomy workspaces intermingled with group collaboration areas, open and private conference spaces and huddle rooms. To encourage collaboration among departments, the space was fully gutted to create an open floor plan that houses 125 employees with ample capacity to accommodate the company’s future expansion. Smarsh’s new space also includes a commons area, full kitchen, game room, cubbies for employees to store personal items and a server room.
