Lewis has been building for Iberdrola and PPM Energy for nearly a decade. This one-and-a-half-floor project in Block Four of Portland’s Brewery Blocks provided 31,476 square feet of new office space. In a second phase, Lewis built out an additional 6,000 square feet on the 6th floor, to provide more offices and an improved lobby.
