Lewis constructed this 20-story Expedia Tower office building. The project was pre-certified as a LEED building, with energy-efficient operating systems. The building totals 444,111 square feet in the tower (including 16,500 square feet of retail) plus 375,930 square feet of below-grade parking for 951 cars and a half-acre plaza.
