Legacy Good Samaritan – Surgical Inpatient Unit

Lewis completed the gut and remodel of 12,000 square feet of an existing behavioral health unit to create a new orthopedic surgery inpatient recovery floor including 16 new patient rooms and a rehabilitation gym. Work occurred in an occupied setting and included an upgrade of medical gases, MEP infrastructure and installation of new patient lifts.
