Roosevelt High School

Lewis completed this complex historic renovation and addition to Roosevelt High School. The 240,000-square-foot project was intended to preserve the historic nature of the main 1921 building and 1930 auditorium, while also creating modern classrooms with breakout spaces for individual and collaborative learning. Completed in three major phases, the project included multiple building turnovers and the phased relocation of 1,000 students and staff who remained onsite full-time during two years of construction.
