The Project
Built for Boeing subsidiary Insitu, this 125,000-square-foot facility includes warehouse, manufacturing, office, and testing space. Aircraft engine test chambers and precision concrete work support high-performance operations. The tilt-up structure received LEED Silver certification and follows Washington’s strict SWPPP standards.
About
During the construction of the manufacturing portion, stringent quality control measures were implemented to ensure the optimal flatness of the concrete slab. This was critical for the client to maintain a high degree of cleanliness within the space once it was operational.
