Lewis constructed a 68,000 square foot, three-story concrete office building at Third and Battery with 63 parking spaces on one level below grade. One complexity was building the south foundation wall within one foot of an active freeway tunnel, which we addressed by installing temporary steel rakers for support. The build features floor-to-ceiling glass, a rooftop terrace, and a green roof. Lewis has also built tenant improvements for Sound Community Bank and Antioch University.
