Located in the west end of Portland’s Central Business District, Lewis built this 2,300 square foot restaurant for Chef John Gorham. The open restaurant plan features exposed steel and wood fixtures with custom pendant lighting. Spiral HVAC ductwork, ground and sealed concrete floors and floating light soffits add to the space’s unique feel. The open kitchen includes food prep areas, cook line, large dish washing station, full bar and walk-in cooler.
