- Project: St. James Cathedral
- Location: Seattle, Washington
- Client: Archdiocese of Seattle
- Architect: The Bumgardner Architects
At this century old cathedral overlooking Downtown Seattle, we performed structural upgrades, and rebuilt much of the architectural finish and detail work. At the client's request, our techniques and materials often matched those used when the building was constructed, including custom millwork, marble, slate, terrazzo, ornamental iron, and stained glass.
Effective analysis conducted before construction began eliminated the need to replace the roof, saving the Archdiocese several hundred thousand dollars.
