- Project: Bank of California Parking Garage
- Location: Portland, Oregon
- Client: Melvin Mark Companies
- Architect: SERA Architects
Lewis expanded this existing below-grade parking garage to accommodate a new level in a downtown Portland office building. The project created 87 new spaces—77 typical spaces, nine tandem and one ADA space. The project involved significant demolition of the existing structural concrete vaults and structure to create space for a new parking ramp entrance. Approximately 375 cubic yards of structural concrete was removed, salvaged and reused as fill to raise the access floor.
