Bart Ricketts

CEO & Oregon President

Since joining the company in 1995 as a project manager, Bart has led the Oregon operation’s growth from a start-up to a known quantity in the local market. In addition to his role as CEO, as president of the Oregon operation Bart is actively engaged in business strategy, client service and business development in Portland.  When not at work, Bart can be found golfing, skiing, biking and fly fishing in Central Oregon or cheering on his beloved Oregon Ducks with his wife, son and daughter.


Matt Pearson

Vice President, Operations

Matt’s passion for building began at a young age when he started in construction as a carpenter 20 years ago. He is responsible for daily operations in Oregon with a focus on senior project oversight, manpower allocation, and risk management. Matt is a member of the steering committee for the new Oregon chapter of the Design Build Institute of America and a frequent guest lecturer at local universities and high schools.  He is an avid soccer player and youth sports coach.

Janice Westcott

Director of Marketing

With Lewis since 2001, Janice leads marketing strategy and guides public relations and business development efforts in the Portland office. She is an SMPS Oregon past president and, before joining the company, worked for public relations firm Fleishman-Hillard on accounts like Intel, Welch’s, and Portland General Electric. Janice enjoys nature travel and exploring Oregon’s trails and peaks.


Paul Riso

Project Executive, Special Projects

With 30 years in construction, and the experience of hundreds of local office, retail, and renovation projects, Paul leads Lewis’ Special Projects Group. He provides senior oversight for building renovations and façade restorations, schedule-critical shell and core projects, and tenant improvements.  A cycling enthusiast and food and wine buff, Paul takes advantage of Portland’s celebrated bikeways and eateries evenings and weekends.

Project Executive

Jeff has three decades’ experience in the construction industry, with a primary focus on healthcare construction. With a proactive approach and attention to detail, Jeff provides clients with an unrelenting commitment to the highest quality and best value. Jeff enjoys golf, speaks German and is an ancient history buff. 


Stacy Lewallen


Stacy directs the accounting department and performs financial analysis for the Oregon operation.  She has seventeen years’ experience in construction finance and administration, serves on the board of directors for the AGC Oregon Columbia Chapter and is president-elect of the Portland chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.  Stacy escapes as often as possible to her family cabin in the Columbia Gorge, with her husband and two boys.
