Sterling provides Lewis with extensive commercial construction knowledge from his past work as a field engineer collaborating directly with craft to solve schedule critical issues on large-scale industrial infrastructure projects. Sterling enjoys the challenge and reward that comes with working with the various players in construction (owners, architects, user groups, trades) and finding new ways to leverage their different knowledge sets to elevate a project. When Sterling is off the clock, he loves to spend time with his family doing activities they are passionate about, including building and racing cars, camping, and fishing.
