Mike Sager

Mike Sager Vice President of Operations, DCAT

As a vice president of Lewis’ data center and advanced technologies (DCAT) market vertical, Mike leads Lewis’ operational excellence functions. This includes oversight of MEP management and commissioning, our quality program, and cost management, along with business development and preconstruction. He oversees day-to-day operations for DCAT projects in Oregon and the wider financial performance of Lewis’ DCAT portfolio.

Mike started his tenure with Lewis as a project engineer nearly two decades ago. He has a passion for mentorship and coaching his colleagues to provide exceptional value to our clients.

He is a former chair of the Urban Land Institute’s NEXT Committee and will join the ULI Advisory Board in 2027. He actively participates in CREDA’s (formerly NAIOP) Portland Chapter and the Oregon and SW Washington Chapter of 7x24 Exchange.

In their spare time, Mike and his wife and daughter enjoy traveling, spending time with their families spread across the U.S. and Colombia, connecting with industry friends and their families, and working on their ever-expanding list of home and garden projects.
