Robert Dahl brings more than 40 years of safety expertise to his role, with a career spanning the fire service, manufacturing, public visitor venues and commercial construction. Throughout his career, he has led safety and emergency management programs across various industries, always with a focus on cultivating world-class safety cultures. His favorite part of the job is collaborating with people at all levels of the organization to achieve the common goal of ensuring everyone goes home as safe or safer than when they arrived. This dedication to safety drives him to come to work each day, where he enjoys being part of a team that contributes to the community’s livability, beauty and success. Outside of work, Robert dedicates his time to programs that support veterans and children in the community. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and engaging in outdoor activities like snow and water skiing, boating, hiking and golfing.
