A team player, Darren enjoys being part of the building process and working with his team to ensure projects are successful from start to finish. He says his job is never dull–every project is unique, which has taught him how to adapt to any challenge thrown his way. A people person, Darren finds it easy to connect with just about anyone and appreciates the opportunity to work with many different people in the industry. Outside of work, Darren spends his time outdoors hiking, mountain climbing, shooting his bow and rafting. He also loves camping and paddleboarding with his family.
