Dillon strives to bring enthusiasm and positivity to his work every day. His belief that hard work and dedication lead to success fuels his work ethic. In addition to collaborating with a talented team to turn a client’s vision into reality, Dillon’s favorite thing about his job is being able to say, “I helped build that.” He particularly enjoyed his work on the Erb Memorial Union for University of Oregon and found gratification in how quickly the space was utilized by students and staff. When he’s not helping to build things, Dillon likes to spend his time rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking.
