Alec brings a wealth of experience in casework and change management to his new role at Lewis. He thrives on the variety of his daily work, enjoying the opportunity to tackle different challenges each day. His passion for making a difference through the construction of impactful buildings drives his commitment to his profession. Outside of work, Alec is an avid mountain biker who also enjoys camping, volunteer trail building and participating in search and rescue.
