Chris values continual learning and is always in search of opportunities to gain knowledge from others. “Everyone has something they can teach you, and many are proud to share,” he said. “Take on the role of student and learn from those around you; appreciate what they do.” As a former architectural designer, Chris leverages his understanding of design intent to better serve the projects he is a part of. When he’s not partnering with his teammates to find creative solutions, Chris enjoys skiing, standup paddle boarding, building furniture, and spending time with his family and three dogs.
