Lauren’s favorite aspect of construction is bringing an owner’s vision into built reality. She began her professional career in 2005 and is an advocate for women in construction, serving as a mentor to students at OSU and prompting discussions about career paths. Lauren has been a member of NAWIC’s Portland Chapter since 2005 and served as president from 2008-2009 as well as 2014-2015. Lauren has also coached the OSU Construction Engineering Management (CEM) Reno Competition team to national recognition. When not at work, you can find Lauren at Orange Theory Fitness or running with her boxer, Charlie.
