Jeff was recruited as a UW construction management student in 1988, when lecturer Bill Lewis was struck by his talent, determination and character. These traits have served Jeff well as he has risen from project management to commercial division manager in 2000, vice president in 2011, and president in 2016. He is an efficient problem solver who brings creativity and leadership to the most complex technical issues in construction, including his decade-long “Lewis Lean” mission to eliminate waste and improve delivery on every project. He serves selected clients as project executive. A father and husband, Jeff is also a favorite girls’ soccer coach.
